Kerry initially took me through this property months ago. She was thorough with the inspection ensuring I was seeing all that I needed. She also had in depth information about the property. Unfortunately I was not offered the house at first due to being outbid, however Kerry was very sympathetic and eager to help me find something else. I assured her that this was the property for me, however her help was greatly appreciated. The first buyers fell through and she was quick to call us with the exciting news! I live outside of Australia and depended entirely upon advice from Alison at all stages of the sale from the presentation of the home, the negotiation of the price all the way through to settlement. I was always kept fully up to date of progress or otherwise and any queries that I had were promptly dealt with. There were a number of unexpected complications that arose as the process developed and these could have resulted in an unsatisfactory outcome. Alison's knowledge of the Cairns property market, as well as her sound understanding of the processes involved, meant that I was provided with all of the information required in order to take informed decisions. It is also worthy of note that Allison was always on hand to represent my interests in meetings and negotiations with the buyer and the buyer's representatives. I suspect that with a less capable, less conscientious, agent the outcome could have been entirely different. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alison and will definitely engage her in any further property transactions that I may have in Cairns.

We appointed Alison to sell our Apartment in the House on the Hill complex . We as owners had to do absolutely nothing, as she arranged to have it cleaned , many minor repairs, paining inside and talked us into getting it staged to present it in the best possible light . We agreed to Marketing in the Cairns Post and the Internet . Our Response was overwhelming and we sold it within the first week at a record price .
