Pros: the house sold quickly & there were two open homes in the short time it was on the market. Communication during this time was great. Cons: Very rushed, very pushed. Communication was not there once it was under contract & majority of sale process was offloaded to someone else. Final buyer inspection was conducted without my knowledge/consent, it was just lucky that I wasn’t still at the property.
