Great Agent!
I would highly recommend Brian's expertise in selling our house. Within the first month it was sold in a challenging market. Brian was very helpful in advising on practical ways to best present our house and followed through on any issues that arose during the sale process.

Outstanding agent
We recently had the pleasure of dealing with Kerry when we listed our property for sale with her. From the very beginning she was the epitome of a dedicated, hardworking, warm and caring professional. Her knowledge base, honest opinion and advice were invaluable. Her communication skills were excellent from initial contact, during the selling period and after contracts were signed and settled. Kerry not only had to deal with us as vendors and also the potential buyers, but also our tenants. She was thoughtful, communicative and fair which made it a very smooth process with very little disruption to our tenants. Our property had only been listed for two weeks when it went under contract for the price we had wanted. We are very thankful to Kerry for a stress-free, quick sale and would not hesitate to recommend Kerry as a real estate agent.

Great Agent in a tough market
We chose Robyn from a very good select of Realestate agents. Her knowledge of the area and previous sales stood out for us especially in the market we where selling in. Robyn gave very sound advice on what we should do to make the house as presentable as possible and added a few nice touches. In the end we believe Robyn played a critical role in securing a quick and happy medium sale for us and the buyer. We wish her the best of luck in the new Gordonvale office. Cheers

Wonderful agent
We had to leave our home and move quickly, leaving it in the care of Brian. He took care of it like his own, we could not have asked for a more committed agent in presenting our property to market. Even though it took sometime to sell, the market was slow but it was sold. We would sell with him again. Great guy!

Amazing Agent
Kerry is an amazing real estate agent. She was my chosen real estate out of three, purely based on her warmth and knowledge of the area. After a week it was clear that I was dealing with a professional. The house was on the internet in a week and in the paper after a week and a half. The house sold in three days for above my asking price. When we had our initial meeting Kerry told me she would be in touch once a week, it was daily during the sale then every three days until it went unconditional. The communication was outstanding and she was very flexible around my shift working hours and happy to meet my schedule. My tenants were not accommodating for the sale, however Kerry managed to only inconvenience them for one day and get me the price that I wanted. I can not recommend her highly enough. If you use Kerry Ah-Chin as a real estate you will not be disappointed.

I can’t say enough good things about Brian. He is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with his time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends). Brian answered every question and explained forms and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Brian made it as painless and straightforward as possible. I highly recommend him.
