Ultimately the best.
After having my home listed with another agent for 5 months with a poor response I decided to change my agent. After talking with Kerry I knew her to be knowledgeable in all aspects of selling and buying. After signing with Kerry that day I now had excellent feed back on open home days and my home was now reasonably priced for the market. The first person to walk into my home was the buyer. Kerry was just delightful to deal with. Congratulations Kerry on selling my home your the best!!

Brian Reichardt was an outstanding choice of Real Estate Agent. From the moment he stepped into our home Brian made us feel like he was taking hold of our most precious asset as if it was his own. Brian's experience and knowledge of Cairns Southside real estate was a stand out part of his service. He guided us through all the hard decisions....eg, what sort of advertising, whether to re-do our kitchen or not before sale, building and pest inspection recommendations, pool safety legislation, photography etc. Brian wasn't pushy with any of the decisions we had to make to sell but his advice was "spot on" and we believe his expertise scored us a very quick sale at a price we only imagined. Honest and clear communication
Robyn assisted us to purchase an investment property and despite some hiccups with our lender, we were eventually successful in obtaining a great investment opportunity, due to Robyn's persistence, patience and understanding. Excellent Sell or Buy
