I found Kerry Ah Chin very personable and engaging during the inspection of the property and throughout the process of purchase. I found her open and honest within the legal constraints of Real Estate selling protocols and was impressed with her maintaining boundaries in a respectful manner, which ensured a positive and professional image of her and the organisation she works for. I would deal with Kerry if the opportunity arises in the future. I cannot provide a true comment on her knowledge of the Market as I was only focused on the property of interest at the time. However Kerry was able to provide me with a broader understanding of the ownership profile generally in the Manoora area, and it was this information that assisted with my decision to purchase in Manoora. Finally, being an Indigenous person, I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to be dealing with an Indigenous sales person in the Real Estate business. Even though I regard myself as a professional person, I enjoyed the ease of communicating with a person of the same background. To explain better and not to get race confused, communicating with like minded or background people can be likened to people of certain professions meeting and communicating, i.e. a basketball playing real estate sales person selling to a basketball player. You relate. Needs more Kerrys in the Real Estate family. I wish Kerry will in her career, and hope we meet again one day and do business. Cheers Kathy Lakatos
