Alison and her team were able to place my Kanimbla property on the market with great direction. The property was tenanted at the time and her advice in conjunction with my rental agent proved most satisfactory. The property was listed for sale and very shortly thereafter an open home received many offers above the listing price and this was accepted within 24 hours of the opening.
