Mohammed was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the current property market. He was realistic with our property valuation, telling us that if we didn't invest a little bit of money into doing up our property, we stood to lose $100,000. So glad we listened to him! For a small investment we ended up making an extra $115,000! I loved the fact that if Calder Real Estate couldn't sell our property, we didn't have to pay the marketing fees.
