Exceptional service thank you Mohammed
Mohammed was not in the mix originally when we decided to list the property however continued to contact us throughout the sales campaign with another agent. After 4 mths and no sale, we decided to give Mohammed a try. His communication continued to be regular & thorough and within 5 weeks the property was sold.

Mohammed was and has been extremely helpful and professional during the purchase of my property.
Having been in the market for quite a while and dealing with quite a few real-state agents I had draw a conclusion, most real-estate agents are 'blood sucking leeches' that will do anything for a sale including false information! Mohammed was different and is a straight shooter who knows the market place. Not once did he lead me up the garden path so to speak and spin me b/s in order to acquire the sale!

Best agent In the western suburbs
We are so lucky to have Mohammed to sell our property. Compare with the other agents, he put all his effort on his job with fully understanding both sides the vendor’s and the potential buyers’ requirements. No wonder why he could be the top agent in Victoria, as from our experience to get his professional working attitude, he put all his time from 7am to 8pm working with all the clients . Our property was on the market only two weeks, and it was under contract already.

The best in the business - it's that simple with Mohammed
I have now sold two properties with Mohammed, the first property he sold in 2 days, the send he sold in a week. He is one of the hardest (if not that hardest) agent that i have come across. He knows the market like no other that i have come across, his advise has been on point every time we have worked together, he is resourceful, not only will he give advise on how to present and best sell your property he also has an eco system of support teams to make it happen for you. Mohammed works in complete transparency, he built a level of trust with me that is unsurpassed. Quite simply selling property with Mohammed at the helm is simple (because of him) it's easy and it's stress free.

Disappointed
Mohammed is a good seller, and try to get more for the seller, I definitely choose him to sell my house. BUT AS A BUYER: He didn't give us the keys on settlement, so he PROBABLY ignore how unpleasant and dirty was the property by settlement: ● The house wasn't clean. ● Carpets all dirty. ● Oven with pieces of food still on. ● Rotten and stained Furniture from old owners still in the property ● Rat traps and Mouse pellet bags still on the corners. ● Mouldy windows and bathrooms ● Mouldy curtains. ● Leaking showers ● Missing locks on windows ● blocked gutters (we agreed the old owners will fix them) ● and much much more We have to hire a ravish bean for everything they leave behind. Mohammed, please be more careful with sellers, check properties before settlement, we had a really bad experience on this our first home. The ONE good thing was the arrangement for the long settlement. I hope this really help you to become good and concious real estate agent. Sorry not to recomend you for buyers, but definitely yes for sellers.
