'We have no reservations in recommending Calibre Real Estate Red Hill property management services'
During this time of Covid-19 uncertainty we found ourselves with an empty rental property. The property also needed additional work before it was ready to be re-let. We were isolated interstate and relied heavily on Emily and her team to organise, cleaners, yard maintenance and flooring companies within a very short time. Not only did they prepare the property, they also advertised and had new tenants signed up within the shortest time possible.Clear prompt communication at all times. Josh has also listened and communicated the tenants concerns in a helpful and professional manner. We have no reservations in recommending Calibre Real Estate Red Hill property management services.
