I have had the good fortune of both buying and selling property with Carl Calio. He is honest in his advice and remains in contact with you through every step of the process. Such a refeshing change to my past poor experiences with other real estate agents. I believe in the end glossy brochures videos and drone photography don't always sell properties, its THE AGENT. You need someone who understands your priorities knows the area and will stand by you throughout the negotiations and works through any problems you encounter during your purchase or sale. Carl Calio recently marketed and sold my unit in Brighton. He was meticulous in the preparation of the unit and very obliging in any dealings that I had with him. Carl was always willing to show people through the unit and insistent on obtaining the best price. He attended to many finer details when the unit was being prepared for sale and also during the sale period. Carl obtained the set price in a very short time. Calio and Scott had managed the unit for a period of five years for rental purposes when I owned it. During this period there was no damage to the unit and tenants always paid the required rent on time. I have no hesitation in recommending Carl and his agency for both rental and sales. Their service was outstanding in every aspect.

I have had a wonderful working relationship with Calio and Scott since 2007 when I asked them to manage the rental of my house at Brighton. They managed this very competently for more than a decade. They were prompt in letting me know when things needed attending to, and followed up my requests promptly. I always felt my property was safe in their hands. When the time came to sell that house, I asked Carl to manage the sale. He has a well deserved reputation in the area of being an honest agent and an excellent communicator. And so he proved to be.
