Excellent!
We met with a few agents, but chose Adam because of his market knowledge and personal approach. This made for a quick sale at a price we were happy with. Would recommend Adam without hesitation.

Pleasant negotiator
I bought a unit being sold by Gareth. He very gently, pleasantly managed to get the most amount of money out of me I could give, for the sale. He was a good negotiator, basically, so I imagine the seller was very happy with him! Me, I was just amused, and I did my sums, and stuck to my budget so I'm happy too. He could have been a bit more forthcoming with paperwork for things for my conveyancer, especially after the contracts had been exchanged. But really, if I were selling I'd totally be happy with him. And if I were buying from him again, I'd just stick to my budget, and go for it. I felt he was totally honest and up front about things to do with the property condition etc.
