Adam went above and beyond! Our situation was unique with my partners brother being diagnosed with terminal cancer. With Pauls children coming into our care, Paul wanted to have a say in the house purchased to ensure there was a house that would fit everyone and also to maintain a healthy property portfolio for his children. Adam organised inspections and then put a proposal to the owner which left Adam and the owner exposed, we had to wait until the passing of Paul and the finalisation of Probate. Adam has a wonderful communication style he stayed true to the owner of the property while always making us feel just as important, he really was working for both the seller and the purchaser. Throughout our whole selling experience Adam went above and beyond to assist us, our tennents and our buyers. I highly recommend Adam as a real estate agent as he was the only one out of the 10 real estate agents I had inspect our property that actually allowed us to put our house on the market for the price we wanted.
