Jimmy contacted me via my CCR property manager, just to see if I was interested in selling. My intention was to keep the investment property for another 5 years, at which stage the profit would clear all my debt. Jimmy was never pushy, he simply advised me the achievable sale price. Initially I declined the offer, expressing the asking price that I needed to be free of debt. Within the hour Jimmy called to advise that he was happy to list at my asking price, and felt it was achievable. The asking price was offered within 10 days on the second home-open, no low-ball offer, straight in at the listed price. I'm impressed! For me, retirement is now 5 years closer! My highest priority during this process has been to ensure the great tenants I have are treated with respect and empathy. The CCR team have over-achieved again, happy tenants, happy seller!
