Cam's assistance in our property purchase was invaluable. Negotiating the purchase of our new property whilst we were selling our old home in NSW was quite a task but Cam was very patient, accomodating and helpful assisting us with communications between all the various owners and solicitors. He is very genuine and knowledgable and if there was anything he didn't know he is happy to admit it and get back to you with an answer. We would definitely use Cam again for buying or selling property in this area.

We were new to Agnes Water and didn't know if we should purchase in town, out of town or on acreage! So we took our time and Cam took us to show us pretty much everything, without ever putting the pressure on us to put a contract. Cam's very experienced in customer service and isn't going to sell you something just for the sake of it. It took us months of research to decide on our plot and Cam was very patient and helped every step of the way. He didn't forget us post purchase either and calls in every so often to see how things are going or if he can provide other advice. In fact, Cam did such a good job with us as buyers that we trusted him to sell our Brisbane home... It sold in 5 days!

We selected Cam Realty the Mobile Agent to sell our half acre property in Birkdale as he did such an excellent job when we purchased our block in Agnes Water. Cam doesn't live in Birkdale, he lives 6h north! However, thanks to his knowledge of real estate, market research and excellent telephone and email usage he sold our house at the first open home. Don't be fooled to think that you have to use a local agent. Mobile agents are the way to go - everything's done online these days.
