I had my house listed with a old agency in Canberra. They asked me to put furniture in the house, get the house listed in Canberra times weekend paper as well as allhome. The agent printed very expensive glossy brochures. But could not sell my house. However that agent was unable to sell the house after 4 months. Brett Russel sold a house in Harrison. At first it did all seem very good and communication on the negotiating price was great. After this due to the seller being pushy and the agent not understanding his role. I received many calls that I felt threatened by saying the place would go back on the market. As far as I know this is all up to our solicitors. Unfortunately it was not the agents job and maybe in the future he will leave this up to the solicitors. I feel the company does a great job but some people management/ communication skills would not go astray. Regards
