As out of towners and upon recommendation from a friend, we contacted Simar from Capital and Co to manage our property in Melbourne. I was nervous and wary about leaving our investment property in the hands of someone we didn't know. Adding to that nervousness was the inability to physically check on the property myself. After working with Simar my nervousness disappeared. Simar gave me timely updates through the viewing period, sound advice on price point and was always available to do little jobs at the property.
