At the beginning he sounded genuine. By the end of the sale of my mother's house i had noticed he was working for the buyer even though i was paying him to sell my mum's house. He never advertised because he had buyers already, he said. I told him asking price, he kept trying to convince me to cut the price for this family he knew, even after the agreed sale price. The potential buyer organised a building inspection which was fine, only the agent sent me a copy with someone elses house photos attached. It was a vert stressful experience. He kept ringing me to bring the settlement date forward because the buyers wanted to move in. He rang me at least twice a week. Settlement was 30 days. I don't recommend this group to anyone. Stay right away.
