We used Lara for the sale of our home in Mt Pleasant, WA in January 2017 and found her to be extremely professional in every way. Her knowledge and experience meant that her advice was always spot-on and saved us a lot of wasted time and money. She kept in regular contact with us and we always knew what was going on. The marketing plan was excellent and Lara held regular Home Opens, after which she gave us immediate feedback on buyers' comments. She is energetic and passionate about what she does and does it amazingly well! Our house sold quickly for the price we wanted and the entire process was stress-free. From the moment we signed on the dotted line after a few changes due to Toms own long standing experience in the Real Estate Market, we were given the best of consideration by both Lara & Aiden who commenced the Marketing of our property for Auction in a very Professional and considerate manner. Home opens were done at times agreeable to our extended family at the time and on the Auction Day, the process was very Professional, exciting and successful after a short time of negotiating after our property was passed in, but their expertise in progressing with the last bidder very quickly gained the result which was to our satisfaction.
