The “process” started, and ran smoothly, with dedicated team members guiding each step - declutter, staging, photography, to open-house. We were very happy with the sale price achieved, and contract terms, which included a sell/buy contemporaneous settlement date. Then our focus turned to finding a new home - even though we had been looking the whole time. Once again Cara was instrumental in assisting us to achieve a great result. Ultimately, Cara achieved the contemporaneous settlement of 5 properties to complete our sale - selling the properties of our buyers, their buyers, our property, the property we purchased, and our seller’s new property. Hey I wrote a review when Cara and her team sold our waterfront property in 15 days after being with an other agent for 3months!! She was awesome!! Now I get the opportunity again to write it as a buyer. Wowwwww she’s done it again.
