He always did his best to ensure our needs were met and went out of his way to support us throughout our purchasing process. It was also great to see that Rob also made sure to have the sellers best interest at the same time too. The agency was also very technology savvy and made everything, especially the paperwork and payments much easier. Furthermore, Rob had lots of knowledge of the areas we were looking at and also property knowledge in general. At the initial meeting with Cara when I was going to the market, I was pleasantly surprised by the straight forward, no nonsense approach that Cara expressed to me. Her honesty during the meeting was refreshing as I believe in hearing the truth even if it may not be what I was hoping for and really appreciated the candour. All agents are confident in their ability to sell your property for you, but Cara also showed me a humble quality that made me feel like she was the best option for me personally. Cara made suggestions on the best way to proceed to market and how to maximise the results we were chasing. Once again all agents will do this but at no time did I feel that I was being pushed into a situation that I wasn’t comfortable with and Cara really listened to what I needed as a potential client for her. Although we entered the market late last year Cara’s approach to the usual slow period over Christmas and New Year ended up yielding the best possible results for me as we re-entered the market mid January and sold shortly after. Cara’s entire team went above and beyond at all our open houses and the support during the showings was top level. If I needed something in between showings, either Cara or a team member were always available to offer their assistance. Cara is an easy going, often funny agent that makes you feel relaxed and confident that the results you are chasing can be fulfilled.
