Nothing but good things to say about Cara and her team from Cara Bergman Properties. We wanted to sell our unit in Carseldine but it needed work to get it ready for market. As we had a number of time commitments, we were not looking forward to trying to fit it all in. A chance conversation and a glowing testimonial lead us to contacting Cara. Cara and the extended team, including Brisbane North Property Services did a quick assessment of the property and gave estimates for the work required including marketing and staging. We drew on Cara’s experience to determine what was necessary to make the biggest impact. The scope included repainting, new carpets, new lights and fans etc. The estimates were quite reasonable and the costs were able to be deferred until settlement by using the services of Campaign Agent. Once engaged, we stood back and watched as everything was organised exceptionally quickly and efficiently. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble or too difficult for them. From engagement to listing for sale, which included all trade work and staging took just 4 and a half weeks. When all the work and staging was completed, the unit looked stunning. Following listing, it took just 4 days to secure a buyer! We are very happy with the price Cara negotiated as well as the work carried out by her and her team. Would highly recommend.
