As was my experience with the sale of my house it was the same when i purchased the Villa at Boondall.I have to say when Cara told me about Boondall she said to me that the Villa was well suited to me .Funny enough when i walked through the door i felt very comfortable and i realy liked it.I have always felt comfortable with Cara and her staff. They are very professional and very good at communicating with their clients.I have no problem in recommending Cara and her staff to my family and my friends. If the need comes again, and i am sure it will,i would not hesitate to use her services again in the future.Thank you very much to Cara and her staff.

So glad we decided to trust Cara Bergmann with the sale of our investment property. From the onset, Cara's communication and clarity of the process was outstanding. She gave us confidence to work through the issues that were evident after the tenant vacated. She guided us in presenting our property in the best possible setting. Cara then had the property on the market and sold very quickly. Overall, it was a seamless process once we decided that she was our agent. Cara is a very professional, thorough agent and I can highly recommend her.

I'm extremely grateful for the incredible role Cara played in helping me secure my first home. After a long and sometimes disheartening journey as a first home home buyer, Cara’s introduction to an off-market opportunity in my dream suburb was nothing short of a game-changer and things moved so much quicker and the process became enjoyable. It couldn't have been a better experience for me thanks to Cara and her team. They are also excellent communicators which is something I value really highly. Thank you again (x a million!)

From start to finish the communication was on point. Very happy with the price we sold our house. Everything was easy to understand. Cara can be contacted anytime which is a huge bonus. No hassles. Better commission rate compared to other agents as well.

Cara and her team were incredibly professional and organised throughout the entire process. Really felt that they gave 100% effort to help us sell. Always contactible via phone and email, communication was amazing. Cara is very connected locally, and was able to organise everything like clockwork. We had building and pest, photos, video, advert, and pavement sign all done 48 hours after signing. House was sold 1 day after the first show house. Cara does not waste any time! I recommend Cara and her team if your looking to sell. Would use again.

Having seen numerous "for sale" signs with her name on them, I was always curious about the reason behind her widespread presence. Now, having had the pleasure of working with her as a buyer, I understand why Cara is so highly regarded. Our experience with Cara and her team was nothing short of excellent. From the beginning, Cara's no-nonsense approach stood out and was genuinely appreciated as we navigated the process of buying a house. Her reputation for success is well-deserved, and it became evident to us as we witnessed her dedication and expertise in action. What particularly stood out was Cara's clear and effective communication throughout the entire process. Her ability to convey information in a straightforward manner played a pivotal role in making the entire experience exceptionally smooth for us as buyers. We always felt informed and confident, thanks to Cara's transparent and open communication style. Cara's professionalism, combined with her no-nonsense approach and clear communication, made the home-buying journey a positive and memorable one for our family. We are grateful for her guidance and the seamless process she facilitated. We now understand why Cara is a name synonymous with success in real estate. Thank you to Cara and the entire team for a job well done.

Kept us up to date with buying our house. Even messaged in the evening telling us we were successful rather than waiting the next day. Her team were great to deal with and I definitely recommend Cara Bergmann properties.

After holding my investment property (townhouse) for over 20 years, I needed to sell. Cara was recommended to me by the onsite Property Manager because of her sales experience in the area, and specific knowledge of the unit complex. Cara is a "no nonsense" pragmatist who achieved an excellent result for me within 3 days of listing my property. Cara and her team were professional throughout the whole process, and communication was open and helpful at all times. By utilising her connections with local trades-persons and other industry professionals, the property was able to be be refurbished and staged in a timely and cost-effective manner, reducing the time from vacant possession to open inspection, and ensuring the best price possible for me as the vendor. I would highly recommend Cara because of her professionalism, positive attitude, and her ability to "make it happen", thus reducing my stress during the process.
