Highly recommend Sam and Darcey

Can't recommend Sam and Darcey enough Sam and Darcey were both very efficient whilst selling our home, and although we were worried we wont get a good price, due to high interest rates and price drops in the area, they were good at finding the particular buyer who was willing to pay a good price that we were ultimately happy with. Sam also knew how to market this property well while he came on the photography day, which Darcey executed well in the ad and open homes

Great knowledgable and courteous agent

Darcey wasted no time getting the photos and inspections done and was able to get a great price within 2 weeks of listing the home. He was always very polite, courteous, punctual and helped explain any concerns we had, and gave great advice during the selling process. More importantly he is very knowledgeable about the market and he always kept us in the loop advising us of any progress with propective buyers.
