What should have been a simple sale turned into a battle for the ages. After 20 years of satisfactory compliance, the Council suddenly decided that the pool fencing was now inadequate and it all had to be rebuilt, even though the Council regulations had not changed. Then the company handling the transfer of the money misplaced it for a week. Extremely frustrating for all involved, especially for Tennille, but during the whole period she kept both parties informed on a regular basis of how things were proceeding.
