Suzanne was definitely the best person to sell our unique property on a Multiple occupancy as she has had extensive experience in this market. Her appraisal was spot on. A great communicator and willing to go the extra distance. She always kept us fully in the loop and she wasn't fazed by some extra work along the way. Buying a property in Australia, as an expat, was never going to be easy, especially in the current climate, but Tennille made the whole exercise as pain free as possible! Her regular communications to us regarding the viewings, the interested parties and then once we had submitted an offer, really helped keep us feel up to date.
