We had had our home for sale for 9 months with no success prior to listing with Nicole Cardow . The time had come to re-list it with someone else. With one phone call Nicole visited our home that very afternoon and was honest enough to tell us that we simply had to reduce the listed price dramatically It worked, the interest picked up and she had open homes and private inspections immediately. An offer came within three weeks, a negotiation period ensued and finally there was a contract on the home. Melissa was communicative and kept us informed with the progress as we were from Queensland and this sale was in NSW with varying practices from what we were used to. Always happy to help Melissa was responsive to our enqiries. So in hindsight perhaps we should have gone with this experienced team immediately, nevertheless we got a result and would recommend this duo to anyone else wanting to list in this area.
