She was always ready to explain what was needed to be done and was ready to go above and beyond to help us achieve goals in a timely manner even sacrificing her time to make my life easier , such as making appointments , arranging tradesmen or chasing up paper work that would of meant me losing work time. We can't thank Zoe enough for her kindness, professionalism and constant efficiency in guiding us through the purchase of our first Home. We had a few hiccups with grants and settlement and she was patient and understanding all the way through and even dropped keys off to us personally when settlement delays occurred. Buying a home for the first time, with a FIFO partner and kids in tow can be a bit stressful, but Zoe was very understanding and made the process feel easy. Dealing with Zoe from the Carlin property team was an absolute pleasure from start to finish in what is usually a very stressfull period. I have brought and sold several properties over the years and this has been my most outstanding experience to date.
