I met Andy some 5 years ago when I was looking to purchase a property in the Nambour/Burnside region. I did not know the area as I am from South Australia, but I need not have had any concerns because Andy told me everything I needed to know. From the population to local shops, facilities to sales and rental figures he knew, and shared, it all. Andy is honest, trustworthy and extremely good with communication so during the purchase, I never felt out of the loop with anything despite being in another state. When it came time to sell, of course I went back to Andy but little did we know what would unfold as soon as it was up... cue COVID-19. Andy worked exceptionally hard at continuing inspections, referring clients, refreshing the listing all while under enormous pressure. He created many, many private appointments to take people though, with the majority after hours. Sometime he went back several times in one day just to keep their interest! That's commitment and customer service over and above. It took 9 long months of waiting for me, but Andy sold the property in the most difficult of circumstances ever experienced in the industry. I still keep in touch with him, and I would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone who wants honesty, integrity and a true gentleman when buying or selling.
