I was very impressed initially that Warren was happy to personally able to take me to a number of properties within my chosen price bracket. All of the properties were suitable for my needs. I had been looking for a suitable place since retiring and moving to the Sunshine Coast Hinterland in Dec 2016. No other Real Estate agent, in the area, had offered to take me to see the properties, I was just given glossies and sent on my way. The process proceeded smoothly from my side and was well explained by Warren, unfortunately, the seller complicated matters both before and after settlement. Warren went out of his way to alleviate the problems even though the seller was being difficult (to say the least!!). So from my perspective, Warren provided me with excellent service.
