We've bought and sold three time with Andy. He is a great agent and was able to get us the full list price when other said it couldn't be done. I've never seen an agent work as hard as Andy - at one stage he was driving our buyer around to get fencing quotes because she didn't have a licence. His knowledge of the market is fantastic, but he's successful because he builds genuine relationships that stand the test of time. The last house we purchased through him, he had known the owner for 20 years, so when some challenges presented we were able to maintain great communication and he kept the sale together for the benefit of both parties.
