I chose Carter Cooper after reviewing Rate My Agent on line which showed without a doubt that Carter Cooper had by far the best current outcomes of all the agencies. Kim Carter valued the property following a personal inspection. The property sold within 10 days of listing, but only 6 days after advertising. It sold to the fourth potential buyers. Kim was able to upsell the property for $20K more than Carter Cooper valuation. I thought the sale contract price was fair to both buyer and seller. At all times I found Kim very professional and easy to deal with. I responded to any request she made of me as the seller, and in return Kim personally got on with introducing and conducting potential buyers through the property.
