Kim has been extremely professional with great follow up communication skills.

We purchased this property from Kim nearly 2 years ago and could not have been happier with the purchase at that time. Contacted Kim some months ago as our circumstances had changed and we wanted to sell the property. We contacted her as well as another agent Remax Group in Hervey Bay but we accepted the other agents appraisal as he advised we could get a selling price far in excess of Kim's appraisal. This was an error on our part as our house was for sale for three months with only a few people through and not one offer. We then contacted Kim who after one month had a lot of people through and our house was sold in four weeks. We cannot state highly enough of her professionalism and the contact and follow up communication we received and would not hesitate to purchase another house from her or indeed have her sell any house we might own an understand completely why she has been listed as the number one agent in Hervey Bay for such a long period of time.
