Kim is the best

We recently bought a house through Kim and we were just ecstatic at the Service we got from her, her attention to detail, her problem-solving ability and her ability to stay on task. She must be so incredibly busy that I was amazed that she had the time to follow through on the variety of issues that we had with the person who was selling the property. I would havewould have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kim to buy house from. I did have only one issue with one of the female sales staff who basically ignored the fact that I needed assistance/direction/help and didn’t even come down the stairs to talk to me. I was very annoyed with her and did report her to Kim. Seriously, you can’t do better, as a buyer or a seller to deal with Kim Carter. She is a master in her field!
