Delivers what she promises!
I've been a client of Kathy's from when I bought my property from Kathy, had it under her care when it was rented out, through to its sale just recently. At every stage of the journey, Kathy has been an incredible agent, listening to my needs, strategising cleverly and taking care of everything! Kathy was very receptive to the tenants too and always had their interests at heart. She truly has the 'X-factor' when it comes to managing property in whatever stage it is in. Kathy is amazing
Kathy is amazing. I always knew she was the agent for me as I have watched her progress over the years. She is also my local agent. She has excellent knowledge of this area and often wins awards for her accomplishments. She sold my house on the first open. She knew exactly how much the property was worth and we got over and above the price that we had hoped for.
