Great Agent
I had purchased my unit through Kathy 4 years ago and had decided that when the time came to sell I would return to her as I had felt very comfortable with her as a purchaser. Her local knowledge was exceptional and though others were sceptical of my asking price, Kathy was able to achieve close to it despite a falling market. I was always kept in the loop regarding inspections, advertising, and negotiations. I would highly recommend Kathy if a vendor is after an honest, thorough, and hardworking agent who treats both vendor and purchaser with respect

Tenacious and responsive - RECOMMENDED!
Kathy persevered for us, and with us, and provided a result we're very happy with. She works hard, and communicates regularly.
