15 Turner Ave Ryde – Sold for $1,710,000 ($160,000 over reserve!) I am very happy to write this review of Colin Liotta, Real Estate Agent for Ray White, Gladesville. During the initial stages to sell my late father’s house, I was asked to approach three agents in the Ryde area to give me their recommendations and advice. Out of these three, Colin shined above the other two. What made him stand out was that he was not pushy and came across very experienced in the property market.
