Good result in trying times
Despite an underwhelming auction process, Colin managed his stakeholders very well to deliver a good compromise result under difficult circumstances. He put in a lot of legwork, always kept us very well informed all the way throughout the process, and was always available for any questions we had.

Best advice and strategy!
From the get go Colin clearly showed his calibre experience to achieve the best sale result. He knew exactly what to do to tackle a few ‘problems’ during the process. His advices and strategies were always spot on and yet we never once felt pressure to make any decisions that we were not happy with. His market knowledge and reasonable valuation gave us confidence along the way. The property was sold at the exact value price that he gave us. Neil went ABOVE & BEYOND for Ovarian Cancer Australia!
As a charity we were looking for an agent that would help us to not only sell our important bequest property for a great price but also help us to build awareness about Ovarian Cancer which only has a survival rate of 46% over five years and lags behind breast cancer now with a 91% survival rate. Neil had the Ray White Media team get behind those messages and we had coverage on all major tv networks, on radio and in many newspapers which helped with awareness and to secure our buyer. Not only did we achieve a great price but we also found a great alignment with the Ray White network who are very supportive of our cause and helping Australian women living with this deadly disease. A most profesional, competant & qualified real estate agent, where nothing is too much trouble to do
Neil was available for any query or problem that we, as novices, would have. If he couldn't get back to us he would make sure somebody else did. You never felt rushed & that his time was ours no matter what we needed to clarify. His patience was amazing, spending whatever time you felt you needed. The reports after each open day were thorough, in language that you could undestand without jargon that can overwhelm those of us not in the field of real estate. You felt you were a person to Neil & not just a statistic or a $ sign. He treated us as individuals, but important to the smooth flow of the sales process. He treats you with empathy, always being thorough, systematic & genuine. My home sold!
Colin was a wonderful agent to work with. From the moment he knew my story and understood the emotion attached to selling my family home, he made me feel completely comfortable. Everything was explained, the worry was taken out of what to do and there was constant communication so I was kept in the loop at all times. I would highly recommend Colin if you are going to sell, and would use him again myself if the situation arose.

I have had previous dealings with Neil and would not hesitate to recommend Neil as an agent to anyone who was in the market for selling their property. He was very informative and his suggestions helped me with my decision making regarding the marketing and advertising for this unusual property.
