Best agent i have ever dealt with in 20 years.
How many of you have groaned at the very thought of speaking to a real estate agent? Have been sold stories and tales only to be let down every.single.time? Well, this is where Neil is different. He's personable, upfront, honest and makes the process smooth sailing. He's constantly optimistic and positive when he communicates with you. He responds diligently and quickly to your questions and concerns. I was fairly stressed and worried about it all, but he stayed in contact and delivered on all his promises. I am sure he has several clients at once, and had lots to get done, but I never felt like i was taking up his time, or that I was less or more important than anyone else. An excellent sign of professionalism. I bought my house from him many many years ago, and after vetting about 8 agents, i went with my gut and chose him for the sale. Best choice I made for the sale of my property.
