Its always difficult to sell the home you grew up in. Joseph was understanding that this was not just bricks and mortar. Living away from Sydney now he helped me with contacts to get the house ready. Although it was a big project and took over a year to get it to market I didn't find him pushy and was happy for us to get it ready in our own time.
