When choosing a real estate agent for the sale of my unit I spoke to other agents who were pushy and at times a bit overwhelming. I had no hesitation in selecting Colin Liotta of Ray White Gladesville for his professionalism and his helpful manner. At no time did I feel pressured or patronised. From the beginning of the process Colin made everything stress free with his ethical and prompt assistance and action. His experience and honesty are rare in these times. Smooth sailing
We had only limited contact with Robert prior to buying our home at auction, but found him to be knowledgeable and helpful with negotiating on the day. Truly Legendary
Selling a house can be sometimes stressful so it is important to have a professional agent who becomes almost like your family when you are on this journey. We sold our place above the market value during a difficult time when prices of the properties started to drop around 10% Neil Robson is amazing agent. His knowledge and experiences was crucial and, together with his warm personality, sense of humour, friendliness, positivity and enthusiasm, he was the perfect package! We wouldn’t to have any other agent. He is a great communicator – speaking 2-3 times a week with updates, scheduling extra viewings, reviewing nearby markets and generally talking about changes through the process. A very professional Agent
Neil was very professional and did a great job in getting me the best result. However, he was much more than a great professional Agent who knows this area, the state of the market and the entire selling process. Neil made you feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the process keeping you well informed and giving excellent advice and guidance when required. I met Neil quite awhile before making the decision to sell, he never pressured me to hurry my decision but happily called in to give advice when asked.
