Our Solicitor recommended Neil to sell our house following to his prior experiences with him. Neil was amazingly supportive with recommending (and dealing with, on our behalf, at times) all the renovation trades, stylists, gardeners, etc. All of his recommendations were great and at times were accommodating at short notice. Neil was excellent with keeping in touch during the lead up process and after each Open House with full feedback on interested parties. He knows the market really well and set our expectations up to meet that. Neil is an absolutely lovely guy with a fantastic laugh and has a 'can do attitude' which is a positive thing to possess in what can be a stressful event. We would most certainly engage Neil again! I highly recommend Neil based on my recent sale. Neil was very professional in all my dealings with him and was available at all times to talk over any issues and to meet at the property whenever required. My sale was quiet prolonged. There was originally to be an auction under power of attorney on behalf of my aunt. Regrettably she passed away a week before the initial auction and under advice from her solicitor the auction was cancelled. The issue was how long it would be for Probate to be detirmined. As it turned out, this would take eleven months. However once probate was granted, Neil was able to re start the sales campaign within a week. The auction achieved a fantastic result. Thank you Neil for all you did over a very extended sales campaign.
