A thorough professional
Initially we were apprehensive in selecting an agent who was not 'local' to the area of our property however after meeting with Neil and experiencing his professional approach we felt that he would be the best to market our property. We were very happy that we made this decision. Neil was always extremely professional, did what he said he would when he said he would and kept us informed at every opportunity. Neil made the sale of our property stress free and achieved a sale price that we were extremely satisfied with. We have no hesitation in recommending Neil to any prospective customers.

Great Agent
We bought our place off Robert and he was the natural choice for us to use to sell our place because we were so pleased with our original dealings with him. Robert did not disappoint. Robert's market knowledge was and is very good. He gave us realistic expectations about our sales price and good advice. He followed through with our requests in a timely manner. His team were equally polite, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to use Robert again or recommend him to other vendors.

Helpful and hard working agent
I'm glad to have encountered Neil and Stephanie as a first home buyer, they have been very helpful and were quick to respond to my queries. As I was the buyer in this instance, it was interesting to see Neil's tenacity and loyalty to his vendors, as he would not accept a price that was not satisfactory to the vendor. Despite the seriousness and urgency of the situation, Neil was friendly and cheerful throughout, and explained all the necessary steps to me. He was able to effectively communicate the wishes of the vendor, and because of this, I feel that we reached an agreement we are all very happy with.
