It was my first time that I met Neil during the auction. We were interested in a land which was for auction and we were successful and bought the land. My meeting with Neil was very short however in very short time I picked up straight away that Neil is very honest and very professional and provide us with few great suggestions and he had good knowledge about the area and the land. I could not rate negotiation as there was no need to negotiate but this format meant I could not complete the review unless I did. His credibility was rated high as he (as we had requested) made no effort to deal with my elderly and frail mother. He was patient and understanding as he had to deal with the complexities of our particular family situation. We were all kept informed as to the process.
