I believe Joseph did a great job helping us sell our home. As I have never sold a property at auction before it was all a little daunting and on the day he helped guide us through the process. I was 95% happy with the outcome but a little disappointed we didn't make the price that we were told at our first meeting that we should be able to get. Close but we didn't reach it on the day. We believed in Joseph enough to take his advice on the day and believe he and his chosen auctioneer tried to get the best price for us. I often wondered if we ended up with too many people on the day who thought they were going to get it for a lot less knowing it was being shown as a good deal if they got it for 1.4 million. All told though Joseph worked hard for us.
