We have sold two properties with Neil and have recommended him to many of our friends. When Neil sold our last property I said to him “ that was such a fun experience, a roller coaster at times, but I felt so supported and part of me feels sad I might need to wait 10 more years to do that again” I think that pretty much sums up my thoughts on selling your property with Neil. During our sale we had some complications with our Strata management, Neil took it upon himself to solve this issue with Strata which resulted in a sale that exceeded our expectations. This shows the level of support he offers. Neil’s has an incredible ability to build rapport with potential buyers, he was honest at all times and advocated for both us and the buyer. Neil doesn’t play the “game” that many other agents do he does his job at a very high standard and is part of the sale process from the first meeting, photo’s, every open house right up to the sale. You deal with Neil the whole way through and not junior staff trying their best. I love my new house but if I were to sell again I would request for Neil without fail.
