We decided we were going to sell our house about a year ago and has Deb came over to discuss but was put on the back burner due to our circumstances. 3 weeks ago we decided the time was right to sell so had Deb come over again to complete the contracts organise photos etc on the Wednesday. This was done and within 2 days the house was on the market and the first open home was on the Saturday. We had an amazing open house with 36 groups through. The next week we had numerous private inspections and the following Saturday open home we had another 31 groups through. Deb really did her homework in getting people interested in the house and we felt sorry that she was so busy with the enquiries but she took in all in her stride and kept us informed of what was going on. Deb is extremely hard working and never stopped even on a Sunday. Deb is a true professional who is honest and knows the market, knows the area and would recommend her to anyone who is wanting to sell their property.
