I have personally sold about half a dozen properties and had decided I'd given up on using an agent a while back as there isn't that much to it. That is still my opinion, unless the agent is Maria. She took a few days of her own holiday time to help paint the inside of the property and made several suggestions as to how to make it more attractive to buyers.
