C & C Realty was founded in 2021 by sisters Chloe and Courtney, built on a shared vision to change the dynamic of property management. Coming from franchise backgrounds, they saw firsthand the gaps within the industry and knew there was a better way one grounded in genuine care, strong values, and a commitment to doing things differently.
As a family-owned business, Chloe and Courtney bring a personal approach to everything they do. They are a true partnership driven, aligned, and what they proudly call a “double diamond” team combining their strengths to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for their clients.
Raised by their mother a caring Personal Assistant Carer and influenced by their father, a former Navy serviceman, they were instilled from a young age with the importance of discipline, honesty, accountability, and strong values. These principles have shaped not only who they are, but how they run their business leading with integrity, transparency, respect, and a strong work ethic.
Owning their own brand has given them the ability to build a business that reflects exactly what they stand for. They believe people come first, and that strong systems and procedures should support not replace great service. Their leadership style is hands-on, supportive, and focused on maintaining high standards across every aspect of the business.
With a combined background in property management, administration, operations, team leadership, and client relations, Chloe and Courtney bring a well-rounded and practical skill set. Their in-depth knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act, along with extensive industry experience, allows them to confidently guide clients and manage properties with precision and care.
C & C Realty has also expanded into sales, opening a dedicated sales division. With their strong industry knowledge and operational expertise, Chloe and Courtney are able to support and build the backend structure of their sales processes while also drawing on their own sales experience. They are passionate about working with buyers and vendors and love seeing both parties achieve positive, successful outcomes.
As active investors themselves, they have a genuine passion for real estate. From renovating and improving homes to understanding the full buying and selling process, they bring real-world experience that benefits their clients whether they are investors, buyers, or sellers.
