I recently chose Lauri to sell my Beaconsfield property after interacting with both herself and C&co colleagues at several home opens around Fremantle. I had a particularly unique and difficult circumstance to navigate with the sale of my home and Lauri's knowledge and understanding was invaluable. In order to prepare the house for sale I had to engage several trades (electrician/ handyman/ window cleaner/cleaner) I chose all those recommended by Lauri and they were without exception all excellent. Now to the important part, the sale. Due to my complex circumstances I asked Lauri to limit the home open to one weekend and then accept offers up to several days after. This was done and the result achieved was all I had hoped for.
