I've lived and worked in Hilton, part of the vibrant southern suburbs of greater Fremantle, for over a decade. It's a place with a rich story that I'm passionate about sharing and promoting. Originally from sunny Queanbeyan, NSW, I've always been drawn to adventure, travelling the world and enjoying an exciting career in a variety of sales and marketing roles. Returning to WA in 1998, I spent 10 years starting a family, then in 2008 I ventured into real estate and found my calling. Since obtaining my Diploma in Property in 2012, I've specialized in residential property management and sales. In 2021 I created C&Co Real Estate - a small, independent agency committed to transparency and community. We aren’t just here to open doors, and simply sign papers - where’s the pride in that? We’re here to find neighbours, not residents; to contribute to the greater Fremantle area; to foster a sense of community, and a sense of pride in that community - it’s as simple as that! Nick arrived in Fremantle on the liner “Australis” with his family in 1976. He bought his first house in Fremantle and never left. He has a family life well entrenched in the port city - the schools, the neighbours, the cafes and the culture. Commencing her career in real estate in 2002 selling and leasing property in the greater Fremantle area, Emma is both a registered real estate sales agent and a licensed property manager. Boasting ten years’ experience in real estate marketing, sales, design and photography, Shaun Mayze has contributed greatly to the accolades of many of Perth’s award-winning real estate agencies. In 2001, Shaun’s mother Tracey made the leap from chemist dispensary to real estate sales, and from that time on, Shaun’s life has revolved around the real estate industry in some way. Genuine, reliable and knowledgeable

We approached C&Co as they had a strong presence in Hilton and our previous agent had moved interstate. Lauri is a lovely, genuine person - she didn't make extravagant promises and offered helpful advice on the preparation of our old cottage. We weren't upsold anything and Lauri had good recommendations for professionals to help stage the property and the minimum work needing to be done to get it to market. She communicated very promptly throughout the sales and settlement process, even following up when there were hold-ups and making sure we understood the process and felt supported. Professional and very competent.

We had a very good experience of listing our home in White Gum Valley with Nick French . He is very seasoned and has a great body of knowledge relating to property in the greater Fremantle . He gave us good advice in preparing the property for sale and we found he had good interpersonal skills .
